The Fact of Poetry

The Fact of Poetry is a workshop designed for novelists who are interested in infusing poetry into their writing styles. Led by author, Samantha Jon, this workshop will give you a background on the fundamentals of poetry and the tools used to write it and show you how to incorporate them into your fiction writing. We will use real fiction and poetry examples to draw parallels and to amplify tools you can practice in your own writing. This will be followed by a Q&A (so, bring your burning questions about poetry!). Recording will be made available for 30 days post event, if you are unable to attend, though your attendance is HIGHLY recommended for the full experience.
